Information you provide on the enrolment form will be passed to The Learning Skills Council, which is registered under the Data Protection Acts of 1984 and 1998. The registration is primarily for the collection and analysis of statistical data but it also allows the Council to share information with other organisations for the purposes of detecting fraud. Further information about data confidentiality is available upon request from BCoT Student Administration.
Arrangements for reporting on full time learners
If you are under 18 years old BCoT will keep your parent(s)/guardian(s) informed of your progress and performance. If you reach 18 during your course we will continue to do this unless you specifically ask us not to.
If your training is sponsored by an employer or a learning provider, BCoT will usually inform them of your progress performance.
