Historically we would help you advertise your vacancy free of charge on the National Apprenticeship Service (NAS) website, and then forward you the details of applicants who met the basic criteria. The issue here was that we didn't have as much control over those that had applied directly to the NAS and there was an increasing amount of time
being wasted by candidates not turning up for interview or turning up completely unprepared - therefore making them unsuitable for the position.
To help address this, we have created a NEW Apprenticeship Recruitment Service designed to ensure only the most motivated and suitable candidates are sent to you for consideration.
We hold a database of applicants who have been through our pre-screening process which includes a face-to-face meeting and interview advice and guidance. This means when you let us know of a vacancy we can act responsively.

We will also access all government funding available to contribute towards cost of training. Grants of £1000 are also available for small employers (up to 50 employees) training a 16-18 year old apprentice.
