The CIPD Intermediate level qualifications will give you a broader perspective of the organisational issues facing HR professionals and enable you to develop effective analytical and problem solving skills.
Intermediate qualifications are ideal for those who:
• seek to develop a career in HR management and development
• are working in the field of HR management and development and need to extend their knowledge and skills
• have responsibility for implementing HR policies and strategies
• need to understand the role of HR in the wider organisational and environmental context
There are two units to complete to upgrade from the Certificate in Human Resource Management to the Diploma in Human Resource Management:

Applicants must have the CIPD Intermediate Certificate in Human Resource Management qualification.
Please note that if you have previously studied unit 5HRD - Contemporary Development in Human Resources Development, you will have to enrol on this course and the Level 5 Intermediate Diploma - Top Up (single unit) JEBC038 as well.
One written assignment per unit
Successful completion of this course will enable you to progress to CIPD Advanced qualifications.
