Mouth watering opportunities to dine with us
Join us for lunch on a Wednesday, Thursday or Friday and choose one, two or three courses from our seasonal menu. If you don’t have long, we can serve you at least two courses within one hour, just let us know when you book. Alternatively, we’d be delighted for you to enjoy a more leisurely lunch. Lunch service starts at 12 noon; carriages by 2pm please.
We are open for evening meals on Wednesdays and Thursdays. We are offering seasonal menus throughout the year which change every five weeks. Our students are here to impress you with their flavours and skills, so the menu is innovative, seasonal and echoes what you might find in some of the world’s finest restaurants.
New for this year, we are hosting
Afternoon Teas on the first Wednesday of every month
Carvery Lunches on the last Wednesday of every month
Fine Dining Evenings on the third Thursday of every month
Throughout the year we will be offering an array of specialty events from Wine Tasting, a Mixology Evening, an Introduction to Gin Night, Burns Theme and a Medieval Banquet. These are advertised on the Restaurant Newsletter and appear on either a Wednesday or Thursday evening.
From time to time, we are also pleased to host Guest Chef Evenings. We invite well known chefs, often former BCoT students, to work with our current students to plan and run an evening. The menus are often a taste of the Chef’s favourite recipes and flavours so are guaranteed to get your taste buds tingling. These are listed in our newsletter. Dinner starts at 6.30pm; carriages by 9.30pm please. Booking for all of these opportunities is essential.
