There are 5 mandatory units to be achieved

Resource books are provided, this is the learners point of reference for learning.
Learners are then required to access the college Equal platform to produce their work answering questions to show knowledge gained.
There are no specific recommended prior learning
requirements for this qualification. However, learners may find it helpful if
they’ve already achieved a Level 1 qualification. Entry is at the discretion of
the centre. However, learners should be aged 18 or above to undertake this
