Rowena Prenderville

Governor

Rowena joins the College's Board of Governors with extensive experience in leading people functions within large organisations. Throughout her career, she has provided strategic and operational support to teams of up to 450 individuals, overseeing all aspects of the employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to development and offboarding. This experience brings valuable expertise in human resources, organisational development, and employee relations to the governing body. Outside of her professional life, Rowena enjoys an active lifestyle, pursuing interests in yoga, cycling, and skiing.
