Sam joins the College's Board of Governors with extensive experience in human resources, gained through years of consulting and training work with SMEs. As the sole director of Vivo HR, she has supported a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries, including care, retail, legal, professional services, and engineering firms. Sam’s broad experience provides a unique understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing businesses of different sizes and sectors, bringing valuable insights to the College's governing body.
