Having worked in the Sector for over 18 years, 16 of those with WBTC, Claire has years of experience with all things training.  She started her career as an apprentice so really understands the trials and tribulations along with the feeling of success and achievement. She is wholly committed to developing people and strongly believes in quality learning and development.  She lives in Reading with her husband, 2 sons and dog Dexter.
