Apprenticeships are a crucial way for young people to develop the skills and knowledge required by employers. The UK government is currently working with employers across a range of sectors to increase both the quality and quantity of apprenticeships in England. Apprenticeships cover a range of educational levels, from Level 2 (equivalent to five GCSE passes at Grade 4 and above) all the way up to Level 6 (degree level).
Aspiral Learning at Basingstoke College of Technology is one of the largest providers of Apprenticeships in the region, working with both large and small employers across all industry sectors. In June 2017, BCoT was ranked within the top 12 percent of colleges nationally for timely achievement of Apprenticeships in the National Achievement Rates tables.
