BCoT's final Virtual Open Event of the academic year
On 27 April, BCoT held their final Open Event of the academic year online.
On Tuesday 27 April, Basingstoke College of Technology held their final Virtual Open Event of the academic year for school leavers and families to find out about what the College can offer them. The event consisted of a number of talks from teachers and staff about the fantastic support available at BCoT, the outstanding use of technology in teaching and learning and an introduction to all faculty areas and the wide range of courses on offer, followed by a Q&A session.
Principal, Anthony Bravo said: "I was delighted to have kickstarted the event and welcome prospective students and their families online. The event gave young people the opportunity to discover what BCoT can offer them and find out all the information they need to make the right choices as they embark on their next step."
Applicants will now have to opportunity to visit the College in-person and attend the next events in June, where they'll be able to meet their industry-specialist teachers and get a real feel for the facilities, COVID-19 permitting.
