Restaurant Earns Top Honours: People 1st Gold Accreditation & AA Highly Commended
The College is celebrating a double dose of culinary acclaim, solidifying its position as a leading centre for hospitality and catering education in the South East.
The College's Restaurant at BCoT has been awarded the prestigious People 1st Centre of Excellence Gold Accreditation in both Food & Beverage Service and Patisserie & Confectionery. This recognition signifies the Restaurant's exceptional commitment to delivering high-quality training and industry-standard experiences for its students.
To further add to positive recognition, the Restaurant at BCoT has also been awarded "Highly Commended" status by the AA, the highest accolade they bestow upon college restaurants. This distinction underscores the Restaurant's dedication to culinary excellence and exceptional customer service.
Course Director and Restaurant Manager Daniel Spittle said, "We are thrilled to announce these new accolades.
