College Continues to Excel in Career Guidance

BCoT has once again been awarded the prestigious Quality in Careers Standard (QCS), reaffirming its dedication to providing exceptional career guidance and support to its students.

Fully aligned with the eight Gatsby Benchmarks, BCoT's robust approach to careers education empowers students to make informed decisions about their future pathways. The College's mission, "Building Careers of Tomorrow," is deeply ingrained in its curriculum, ensuring that every vocational area incorporates industry-relevant experiences, such as industry placements and employer talks.

To achieve the QCS, BCoT underwent a rigorous assessment process, including a comprehensive evidence portfolio and a site visit. During the visit, students expressed enthusiasm for their learning experiences, appreciation for the support provided by BCoT, and aspirations for their future careers.

"BCoT's approach to careers is truly exemplary. Their leadership, programs, and unwavering commitment to improvement are commendable," stated Quality in Careers Assessors.
