Terms and Conditions for Adult Courses 2024/25

  • BCoT is committed to providing a safe learning environment. As part of this policy all students agree to wear their ID badge at all times whilst on campus.
  • If you have any disabilities or learning difficulties you can inform us during the enrolment process.
We are committed to supporting all students. In some cases we will undertake a learning needs assessment prior to confirming enrolment.
  • Those aged between 16–18 can only enrol on a course with the code U , L2E or L3E .
  • You may cancel your enrolment at any point, and for any reason, prior to the course starting. If you do so, all fees paid will be refunded, less a £20 administration charge.
  • Sometimes we have to change the fees published in this guide. Please visit our website for the most up-to-date course and fee information.
  • Courses listed in this guide will run if enough people enrol to make it viable. It is at the College’s sole discretion whether a course will run or not. The College aims to provide at least one week’s notice if a course is not going to run, but on occasion the notice period may be less than this.
  • If the College decides not to run a course, all fees paid will be refunded in full.
  • Once a course has started we cannot refund any fees in relation to that course.
  • Where your employer is paying your fees, they will remain liable for the fee even if you leave
their employment. Early enrolment discounts are not applicable if your employer is paying fees on your behalf.
  • If you are paying fees by instalments, you must complete the payment plan, even if you are unable to complete the course.
  • Fees quoted in this guide apply to UK residents only.
  • If you are an overseas student you will need to attend College in person as part of the enrolment process. Fees for overseas students are calculated differently (due to non-availability of government subsidy) and we will explain this to you prior to enrolling.
  • Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking areas, nowhere else on the campus and not on the Worting Road between sites.
  • If you intend to drive to college, you must obtain a car park permit if you wish to park on the College campus.
  • The Early Enrolment discount will only be available up until 31 July 2024. For more information on the application of the discount concession, please see the full terms and conditions on the website.
  • Our full terms and conditions can be found at bcot.ac.uk/terms-conditions/adult
  • The information in this guide is correct at the time of going to print (May 2024). Please check our website
bcot.ac.uk for the most up-to-date course, fee and loan information, including start dates.
