Apprenticeships let you learn on the job, develop knowledge and skills, gain an AAT Accounting Qualification and earn money – all at the same time.
Building on your previous qualifications and experience, during this apprenticeship you will work towards the AAT Level 4 Professional Diploma in Accounting.
Your work experience will be complemented by coming to college one day a week to study units such as drafting financial statements, principles of budgeting, decision making and control and evaluating accounting systems.
Study units include:
- Financial Statement of Limited Companies
- Budgeting
- Management Decision and Control
- Accounting Systems and Controls
- Personal Tax and Credit Management
Level 3 Apprenticeship in Accounting (AAT Level 3). You will need to be employed in an accounting role (we can help with finding relevant employment).
Each unit will be assessed by way of a computerised examination. Successful completion of all exams at each level will result in the qualification being awarded
